With the kind of energy in our BJJ Training Classes, it's hard not to be motivated. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program has everything you need to succeed at the highest level. We are not just another martial arts school trying to ride the “jiu-jitsu wave” while it’s popular like so many others do. We teach real BJJ and our classes are perfect for anyone looking to learn practical self defense, all the way to the goal driven competitor who has his eye on the gold. Our Grappling program allows you to practice real self defense in a safe, professional environment which is why it is important that you understand how and why the techniques you learn work, and that you know they will work in a real self-defense situation. Our Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes give you a hands-on approach to training, and allow you to test out the techniques. A great class to get the kids in the door to learn the fundamentals of Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing early on. Our goal is to provide these kids with the tools needed to defend themselves should they have to in a real-life situation. Our team focuses on the kids having fun while learning basic techniques.

Prepare for a “high energy hustle” of a workout. It includes burning calories, muscle strengthening and toning, and stretching to facilitate increased flexibility. We offer this class three days a week for one hour so you can get your weekly training in. We utilize different “stations” & equipment to facilitate various fitness exercises for different active/rest time intervals. We also include boxing instruction to include heavy bag work in the rotations which makes for a great addition to this challenging workout session.

• Learn tactics, techniques and procedures regarding how to defend yourself and others in a close combat environment. Learn how to defend and become offensive from a frontal attack, side attack, and rear attack as well as how to survive if the encounter goes to the ground. • Learn the realities of defending against multiple attackers and attackers with weapons. • Learn the use of improvised and traditional weapons such as scarfs, sticks, pens, brooms, knives, and baseball hats. Learning how to improvise, adapt and overcome will surely assist in your survival. • The Hand Combat portion of NGK Warrior Concepts is a combination of different martial arts such as Filipino Kali/Escrima, Filipino Wrestling known as Dumog, Thai Boxing, Western Boxing, French Savate, and Submission Wrestling. These mixtures of martial arts blend into the concept of Jeet Kune Do. You will learn how and when to use each concept for different scenarios. • NGK Warrior Concepts firmly believes every person has been blessed with the mindset and ability to protect themselves from harm’s way.
